OD Manager

Position overview

Our client is an oil & gas company, and we are hiring for its Power arm. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OD Manager to join their team. The OD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to support the company's talent management efforts. This is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and development.

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

• Lead and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations and development plans.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, and design and deliver training programs.

• Implement change management strategies to support organizational changes and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to organizational development.

• Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

• Manage the OD budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Lead and mentor a team of OD professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
