Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qarar (“Qarar”, “we”, “us”), a hiring and applicant-tracking platform operated by Farapi and available at qarar.cloud. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent on the platform.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• misuse personal data of candidates or applicants accessed through the platform.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Qarar. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and operate the service for you and your organization. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to process candidate and applicant data.

4. Third-party integrations

Qarar offers optional integrations with third-party services, such as Google Calendar. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms and policies. We access third-party data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and only with your consent.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qarar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
